How does a pencilled date work?

1. After submitting the above form with your event details, we will make a non-binding reservation for you in our bookings diary. We will email you to guarantee Allister’s availability for your event.

2. If another booker later requests your event date, they will be the “2nd pencil”, and so on.

3. When we receive a full fee booking offer from a “2nd (or later) pencil”, we will immediately contact the “1st pencil” because they have first refusal on the date. The “1st pencil” will then have 24 hours to submit a firm offer to secure the date. If they no longer wish to book, we will offer the date to the “2nd pencil”, and subsequently to any later pencils.

NOTE: Each pencil is based on when we receive it, so it always pays to hold your date as early as possible!
