Thank you for your interest in booking Allister to speak at your event. We know that securing your headline speaker is an important early step and are happy to pencil a date for you. There’s no obligation, just our assurances that Allister will be available if you decide to go ahead.

How does a ‘pencil’ work?

1. Complete the form below to advise your initial interest and event date. We will make a non-binding reservation for you in our bookings diary, guaranteeing Allister’s availability for your event.

2. If another booker later requests your event date, they will get the 2nd pencil, and so on. If then, for example, a 2nd pencil makes a full fee offer, we will immediately contact the 1st pencil as they have secured first refusal on the date. The 1st pencil will then have 24 hours to submit a Firm Offer to secure the date or the date will be released to the 2nd pencil.

3. Each pencil is based on when we receive it, so it usually pays to hold your date as early as possible!
