Stop making excuses, start measuring

Time flies when you’re busy or on holiday. And I’ve been both over the last few weeks. Sorry for the radio silence.
In my bulging RSS sack I found this article from Everything PR which rightly shines a light on an increasingly common complaint about social media: "I don’t know how to measure it". If you fall into this camp, then read and re-read Laura’s words of wisdom:
"Set a concrete goal for what you expect to achieve through social media involvement and then ask yourself whether that goal is being met. It’s really that simple."
