The Bing team here at Microsoft has just released a great free app upgrade for Windows Phone users in London.
Bing Get Me There v.1.3.0.6 has everything you need to navigate around London on foot or public transport including London Buses, Docklands Light Railway, and Underground and Overground train services.
You can now pin your favourite journeys to the start screen, making regular route planning a breeze.
But, best of all, it’s the only London journey planning app that allows you to create a ‘Get Me home’ button; perfect for those disorienting times when you roll out of an unfamiliar hostelry!
I use this app all the time when racing between appointments in London. Take it for a spin next time you’re in town. A boon for visitors to The London Olympics 2012 too.
