In my bulging RSS sack I found this article from Everything PR which rightly shines a light on an increasingly common complaint about social media: "I don’t know how to measure it". If you fall into this camp, then read and re-read Laura’s words of wisdom:
"Set a concrete goal for what you expect to achieve through social media involvement and then ask yourself whether that goal is being met. It’s really that simple."
